Which tool do you need?
Both tools run entirely in your browser, need no account, and cost nothing. They exist because they are the two things people most often have to sort out before they can actually place an international call: knowing the connection will hold, and getting an existing contact list into a usable format.
Before you rely on a call
Call quality over the internet depends far more on jitter and packet loss than on raw bandwidth — a fast connection can still carry a poor call. The speed test measures ping, jitter, download and upload together and tells you which of them, if any, would be the problem. Worth running before an interview, a call with a client, or any call you cannot repeat.

Phones and address books export contacts as VCF (vCard) files, and most calling and CRM tools want CSV. The converter handles contacts with several numbers, labels each one (mobile, home, landline), and skips entries with no number at all. Conversion happens in your browser — the file is never uploaded.

Do I need a CallSpark account to use these tools?
No. Both tools are free and work without an account or sign-in.
What counts as a good result on the speed test?
For a clear call, aim for jitter under 30 ms, packet loss under 1%, and at least 100 kbps in each direction. The test flags which measurement is the weak one rather than giving a single pass or fail.
Are my contacts uploaded anywhere during conversion?
No. The VCF file is parsed in your browser and the CSV is generated locally. Nothing is sent to a server and nothing is stored.
Why do converted numbers need a country code?
A number saved as a local number is ambiguous once it leaves the country it was saved in. Adding the + and the country code before import means a calling tool can dial it from anywhere.
